The NEW, completely updated and extended 2nd edition is far more comprehensive than the first,
with more than two times the number of pages, an increase from 3 to 6
editors, 31 to 57 chapters, and 41 to over 100 authors. In addition to
surgical techniques, the second edition provides a broader focus on
issues pertaining to laparoendoscopic surgery, such as telerobotic
surgery, use of simulators in training, and a comprehensive look at
